Sharon - Boarding Supervisor
SharonHi, I am the Supervisor of the boarding kennels and it is my job to make sure that your pets are given the best care possible.

I have worked for Animal Aid since 2005, I really enjoy my job, as I know that what I do is extremely important, as the proceeds from the boarding kennels goes back into helping the dogs and cats in the welfare and I am proud to be a part of that!

Now to tell you a little bit about me! I am married, we have 4 dogs and 3 cats, 2 of my dogs are greyhounds from the Greyhound Adoption Program and of course one is from the Animal Aid.

So you are more than welcome to come down and have a look around and have a chat to me or one of my dedicated staff.

Tayce - Customer Service Officer
TayceHi, my name is Tayce. I started off with work experience at the animal aid during high school, and have now been working at Coldstream Boarding Kennels since 2007.

I also studied Animal Technology at tafe, as working with animals has always been a passion of mine. My dream job would be working with the big cats at a zoo.

I have grown up with dogs and cats always being part of the family. I have 2 cats and a dog at the moment and always wanting more.

Stacey - Animal Attendant
StaceyMy name is Stacey and I have been working with Coldstream Boarding Kennels since 2007. I have had a long affiliation with Animal Aid having adopted 2 of my 3 dogs from the shelter. When I am not at the boarding kennels I am kept busy by 6 cats and a pony along with the dogs.

My love of animals and knowing everything I do helps support the Animal welfare cause gives me plenty of motivation for spending a lot of time down at the kennels.

When I am not dedicating my time to supporting the animal welfare cause, I also enjoy horse riding, painting and spending time with my family.

Meagan - Animal Attendant
MeaganHi, my name is Meagan. Animals have always been a passion of mine, having many pets through out my life including guinea pigs, rabbits, mice, budgies and a duck. I participated in work experience at Animal Aid while I was at high school and got a taste of working with animals.

After finishing high school I completed a Diploma of Hospitality Management at tafe but decided I was more passionate about a career working with animals. I started working at the Coldstream Boarding Kennels in December 2008 and I’m thoroughly enjoying it.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending my time with my own dog, Jaffa. I have been taking him to obedience school for over seven years now. I love training and teaching him new tricks.

Shelly - Animal Attendant
shellyHi, my name is Shelley. Since I was little I have dreamt of a career working with animals. I started off in high school completing work experience at the RSPCA and a local veterinary clinic. Whilst I am not at Animal Aid, I am at university studying Physiotherapy. Once I have completed the course, I plan to study a Masters of Animal Physiotherapy so I can help injured animals recover to their happy and healthy selves. I have two beautiful Birmans of my own that I adopted at home who are very jealous when I return home from work smelling of other cats. As soon as I am able, I plan to add dogs to my family as well. In the mean time, I enjoy cuddling and playing with the dogs at the kennels.

Liam - Animal Attendant
staff_picHello, my name is Liam. I first came into contact with Animal Aid during work experience and enjoyed it so much I signed up as a volunteer straight away. When the opportunity arose to work here I was thrilled. I have almost finished a Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Biosciences and look forward to applying what I’ve learnt in the workplace.

I come from a family of animal lovers and we’ve never been short on pets. My current pets include the family dog Max, 4 cats, 2 blue-tongue lizards and a rat.

My interests outside the kennels include karate, heavy metal music, reading and hanging out with my friends and family.
