Our Fees
Fees vary according to your pets' size. Please read our brochure (pdf: 600 KB) and/or telephone us for a quote (03 9739 1988).
We charge for the day of admission, but if your pet is collected before 10am on the day of departure, no charge applies for that day.
Discounts apply for individual stays as follows:

10% off the total boarding bill |
| 8 weeks or more |
15% off the total boarding bill |
| Positive Paws card holders |
10% off the total boarding bill |
| 4 or more pets |
15% off the total boarding bill |
During our peak periods over Christmas/New Years and Easter Holidays, a minimum boarding fee of 7 days will be incurred for any stay.
We accept cash, EFTPOS and major credit cards.
Our Hours
We are open every day, except public holidays, from 8am to 5 pm for admissions and discharges. Site inspections are welcome between 11am and 4pm.
